Can I buy Just one color?

Sorry , we sell it that includes 6 color , 24/ set.

If an adult would stomp on them ,do they come back to their shape?

No, they are sturdy. And regain their shape form small bends and kicks. But a true adult stomp... you would have to manually reshape them. They would then be cones again, but have visible creases

What are the dimensions?

They're a bit shorter than normal cones. If normal ones are like 10 inches tall, these would be like 6 or 7. And about 4 inches wide I think. They are really cute though.
