I like this product. It definitely has the apple cider vinegar taste, but it’s not that bad really in comparison to others. I don’t know if it really helps me lose weight or not probably the way I eat would make me lose weight, but it does help with the lowering cholesterol and there’s some other benefits of the apple cider. As only a few days do not know how well these will stack up to my Br*ggs out of the bottle mixed with H2o, but did seem less hungry as a whole. the ingredient list matched what I was looking for, dislike added sugars. No change in sleep but not really what they are for.
