Sturdy construction
Pretty solid, so far. These are the replacement I bought after the $5 cheap ones bent the first time I tried to use them. This one is much more sturdy and looks just like the picture. Good quality screws and everything. Would recommend to a friend.

I don't think they would stand up to a sustained Zombie attack, but will definitely keep out the casual walking dead.

great looking and sturdy
I liked the sturdiness and the look. They work great on my old-fashioned swinging windows on my workshop. I would have like to have seen bigger installation screws. These are very small and I had to use my own.

Very Poorly Made - Broke on first use
Well, they look nice. One star for that. I wish I had tried them before the return window closed. I installed one yesterday and the second time I turned the latch, it popped right off. The rivet inside didn't hold. Now I can't trust the rest of them, so they are going in the garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SASH LOCKS !!!

Decorative not functional
They look nice and are cheap. However, they do not work as window locks or clamps. They are not made in a way where the window sashes are pulled together as the lock is turned. If the small end of the lock even engages with the stationary hook, it will then push the two sides of the window apart. This design oversight does not appear to be repairable and this part should not be considered for applications for windows that are expected to be able to open, close, and lock.

Slightly less sturdy than anticipated but came out really nice as a finish.
