Will this work as a good pre work out supplement?

(Jocko) ....I’ll give it to you straight , most of the flavors are pretty good besides that coconut pineapple , gave me “0” energy after slamming 2 back to back , support our troops , support our seals , appreciate the effort in this product . Supplements may not be for everyone but those who they are for , congrats on finding a super pure organic drink to help boost you up naturally. Moving on to try others in this brand .

Does Jocko know how bad this stuff tastes?

He sees it as a challenge to have something good for you despite the taste. He knows that it has minimal sweeteners (munk fruit extract), and that is main part of the product (minimize sweetener)s. Most energy drinks have Sugar subs. like Sucralose, and a lot of it. I like tart things, but its understandable that people find it hard to drink. But your palate will adapt, just like how drinks tasted awful to us as kids, and now taste good. Cheers
