Since this touching your face, does it have a washable cover?

Hi Nina, Please gently wipe fabric cover with a clean half-wet towel, microwave Atsuwell face heating pad 30-60 secs then dry it naturally. The cover is not removable. This eye pillow filled with flax seed that is not washable in water or in the machine directly.

I dont use a microwave, how else can i heat pad??
