These are small and seem to be somewhat flimsy and cheaply made, BUT they are very, very sharp and luckily come with individual sheath blade covers. Perfect as travel knives - we keep one in each of our vehicles to cut Big Macs, Whoppers, and other fast food orders! :) Good value for what they are - I would buy these again.

I needed a new paring knife. I really didn’t expect much considering the lie cost but to my pleasant surprise these knifes are great . Very Sharp and comfortable to handle. Great buy

Be careful these are sharp. They are great for chopping vegetables, and even on meat

These knives are very sharp; however, the metal is thin. Overall, they are lightweight. I think ordinary peeling or slicing will be fine, but I will be careful not to exert too much pressure ... if I remember. :-) Decent price if they hold an edge.

I love the bright colors and covers to protect the blades, which are very, very sharp. I would highly recommend these knives.

Unexpected mightiness for little, low cost, knifes. I purchased these to toss one in my lunch bag for the occasional avocado; man, these things can cut. Definitely could easily take some hide off if you are not paying attention. I have bought knifes for double the cost that haven't been as good as these. Great pairing knifes. Also, I love the (very necessary) safety covers.

It isn’t always true, “ you get what you pay for”. These knives are much sharper than the more expensive brands I have used in the past. Also, you can sharpen them if they become dull.

Nice sharp knives, but flimsy and thin metal. The knives are good and sharp, but the blades are rather flimsy. If you try to cut/pair a hard apple the blade starts to bend. cutting softer fruit is not a problem. It is nice that they come with a shield to cover the blades as well
