This set is fantastic! I love the reusable silicone mats that come with each tray. The three different sizes are very convenient, and I've used all of them many times. I bought this as a starter pack after moving with limited kitchen supplies, and it has more than sufficed for cooking for my family of five. Definitely a great addition to your kitchen, especially if you are trying to be minimalistic.

In an effort to change over all of our cooking items to be non-toxic, I purchased these. They are awesome! I've used them several times. The baking sheets that came with the cookie sheets are absolutely awesome! They wash up easily and there is literally nothing that sticks to them. When using the cookie sheets without the baking sheets, if you are making something with cheese, bake as usual and then let soak for a few minutes to loosen the baked on cheese or whatever it is. No scrubbing needed! They do great in the dishwasher as well and come out just as shiny as when I received them. I would definitely recommend!
