Very very nice
OK, first off I really purchased this.I just got it today and it came in a very nice box with the reel in a fabric pull string type bag. Right out the the box it gives a very quality look and feel.The reel itself is also very nice and smooth.Overall I am really impressed. I have not put any line on yet, but it will be going on my 5' 6" ultralight which previously had a 20 plus year old Mitchell 630Update:. Took it out today on local river and caught a hammer handle pike on a small jig, and 4lb test line, drag worked well.Update 2: Caught tons of fish with this reel it has performed exceptional.

This is a great reel by ardent for the price, meaning that it performs like a high quality reel. Very smooth with a nice drag. The quality is good also, so if u guys are looking for a budget spinning reel, then go for this one

Don't waste your money
Bought it as a gift for father's day. Less than 2 months of use and its already broke. Will be returning.

Great reel, great company.
This reel is fantastic. The quality level is much higher than the price. Also, the Ardent warranty is great. A part got broken due to hasty packing during an emergency, and when I asked the company if I could buy a replacement part, they sent it to me for free. Highly recommended!
