I got this knife as a gift & didn’t expect it to work as well as my Wustoff or my Henkels, but it’s now my favorite knife I’ve ever had! It’s super sharp & I rarely have to sharpen it. It’s lighter weight & feels more balanced & is easier to handle than my other chefs knives. I love mine so much I bought another one for myself AND a set of 3 for my son-in-law since he does most of the cooking. I’m sure he’ll be as surprised as I was at how great these knives are!

Bought my parents this set as a Christmas gift. They both have used the knives and commented that they are better than the more expensive sets that they currently own. I did look at and hold each knife and was very satisfied with the balance and how durable they are. I would recommend this product.

These knives are absolutely amazing and wow what a deal! We have gone through so many knife sets over the last year, I honestly know this is the fourth set we have tried (from other sellers) hoping to find some good quality knives for our kitchen. Since then, I have learned you really don't need all the knives that are included in those wood block sets. You just need two or three and some good quality steak knives. These knives fit the quality bill!I use them all the time to food prep - especially for juicing. And if any of you know, juicing can be pretty time consuming but these knives make it go buy so much faster with little muscle pressure! I used to hate food prep haha! They easily cut through large sweet potatoes, thick steak meat - you name it! BTW - totally be careful! I did already cut myself once pretty bad and laughed because well - they are the quality sharp knives we were looking for!I was also concerned with rust. They have not rusted one bit! I even hesitated to throw them in the dishwasher because I like them so much and thought I would ruin them. They have certainly maintained their quality! Thank you!!
