Would not recommend for self usage, purchase if you have some one else to use it on you. Quite noisy after some usage. But over all good performance, serves the purpose. Helps releasing sore muscle and mass.

I got it for Mom, she had a lot of leg pain. This gives the best relief from pain, especially in the muscular region. It would been better if it had a soft cushion pad for massaging on a less muscular area. We usually keep a blanket on the leg and run massager above, it works better in this way.
