Although the product is in some places marketed to kids, it's great for adults too. I'm chemically sensitive with histamine intolerance and almost certainly mast cell disorder. When I started it the instructions said 4 pills max a day, so I haven't tried more, even though I now see I could. I started with one to make sure I tolerated it, then slowly worked my way up. I did notice a very slight difference with one pill a day and even more with larger numbers. When I've run out I can feel the difference for sure.This isn't going to cure me and it's just one of multiple supplements I take. But it's an excellent adjunct to all the things I do to keep my disabilities and medical symptoms to a dull roar. The product itself is easy to swallow with no aftertaste, doesn't clump up, and is in solid packaging. My only negative comment is the cost, but I'm fortunate that I can buy it anyway.

The first time I tried it, I didn't see any effect, so I stopped taking it after 6 days. I then spoke with someone who was using it who told me they had to stay on it for a while for the cumulative effect to be noticed. It took a month to see the difference, but it really does help lessen allergic responses (mast cell reactions). I take 2 capsules 3XD with food.

I love this stuff, expensive but a valuable part of our routine for bran health.

I've been using this product for 7 months now. I was skeptical of the efficacy and felt like I was taking a big gamble because the price hurts the wallet a bit. I had read on a few blogs that this product was effective in stabilizing mast cells. I have a chronic hive condition called "delayed pressure urticarial" as well as "dermographism". I haven't had a single outbreak of the delayed pressure urticaria since starting this product, but I'll need several months to be sure, because there have been times when I've been able to avoid an episode for several months (These episodes are excruciatingly painful with hives and swelling deep in the tissues of my hands. I literally writhe in pain for the first pain, with continued pain for 2 more days, and don't really get back to full health until a full week from the onset of symptoms). I can, however, say with confidence that the dermographism is much improved...sometimes I think I don't even have it anymore. I take 6 pills a day, two in the morning, two in the afternoon, and two before bed. The dosage is based on your weight. This product is expensive, very expensive, in my book, but I absolutely recommend it for those experiencing chronic hives or who have a mast cell disorder. It's worth every penny!

Love this product. Wish it was more affordable. Use it for my mast cell disorder and it helps with my brain fogginess.
