Thought it would be flimsy but it’s not it’s great easy to fit the picture in too

The design is beautiful, I can't fault that. The hinge system however is somewhat lackluster and slightly wobbly however once shut it stays shut and does not accidently open. This was bought for my daughter who's 15 at her request, and she is happy with it. Material: material is not the highest quality but then for the price you don't expect it do be. It does look nice on when styled correctly. Value for money: It is good value for money. For less than £10 you don't expect high end or even middle range jewellery. Size: The chain size is a good length. I always find it better to have chains too long than short especially since you can fasten it to a lower down ring. Clasp is sturdy and does not feel like it will break easily.

The locket is broken. One of the wings has come off. Please could we arrange a replacement as this is a birthday gift.

Lovely pendant bigger than expected. However the chain was broken on arrival which is disappointing. Can anything be done about this? Thanks

This was a gift for a special friend for Christmas as her mother had passed away. I put a picture of her mother inside. However she had such a bad reaction to the necklace that she almost ended up in hospital, she is now recovering from the burn marks it has left. I don’t know what was on it as she’s not known to have any allergies, but it’s caused a lot of trauma. This has left both of us quite distressed. This necklace was suppose to be something she could wear everyday to keep her mother close but now it’s in a box as she can’t wear it. Waste of money!
