Bull Western Cowboy Belt, Animal Buckle Ratchet Belt for men (Black, Adjustable Waist: Up to 44")

I was very nervous about buying a ratchet belt. They worked great in my pick-up, but I didn't know how it would be for a belt. I don't think I'll ever get a normal belt again. Wearing a single untucked t-shirt and need to just keep your shorts up? This belt goes to the perfect spot. Going into work in dress clothes and have to tuck in 2 shirts? Belt goes to the perfect spot. It's a great belt, sleek and always fits right.

I've had amazon prime for 2 years now and ordered well over 100 items and I've never written a review until this belt. I was very surprised with how well this belt is built for its price. The ease of the release lever and the extreme convenience of the locking mechanism is just like a dirt bike strap which I find amazing!! I will definitely be buying more of these in the future for different occasions.

really like this belt. good quality. sturdy buckle. easy to adjust. only issue is loosening or removing the belt. the release mechanism is hard to work at times

It’s a beautiful belt and it adjusts perfectly, but I cannot use it anymore because it ALWAYS pops open if I bend or sit. I wish it had a locking system to keep it from happening but I do not see one...I’ve even tried lacing the belt the other way or moving the buckle a little to the side. It’s too bad because I would use this belt all the time if it didn’t pop open.

This belt appears to be fantastic. I needed one that would be easy to adjust while working, as I'm constantly adding and loosing weight in my pants (allot of tools and misc. items going in and out) and this does the job perfectly. It may appear a tad fancy for a technician, but when you can't wear suspenders because of a dress code, this belt is awesome. I can publicly adjust the belt without feeling like I am about to drop trow in the middle of the office.Adjusting the belt at first is a bit tricky, I figured that I wouldn't need to cut the belt at all, but the 'ratcheting' part of the belt doesn't go the whole length, so depending on the size you ordered/your physical girth, you may need to cut the belt. If it's not obvious, you cut the side that isn't finished or near the ratcheting part. I recommend putting it on first, seeing how it fits (pay attention to how much excess there is between the buckle and the end of the fitting portion) and then make a good judgement call from there on where to cut. Cutting it is actually really easy, I was able to cut this with a normal pair of scissors.Once the cut is made, just have confidence in the locking mechanism that attaches the buckle to the rest of the belt. The teeth really sink in and provide, what feels like, an extremely secure grip.

Liked the look and heavy duty size of this belt. But it would not stay latched. The spring was either broken or just not strong enough to work. Unfortunately I had to return it as defective.

I usually never write reviews.... but people need to know about this item. The style is awesome and the concept is amazing; however, the belt doesn’t stay tighten. Every time I got it to my desired fit it would unclick on its own with even using the release lever. This made for a horrible day at work causing my pants to fall down often.

I I received a belt where the buckle wouldn't latch correctly and made the belt unusable.I am happy to report the seller reached out to me and assured me this was not normal and sent a replacement right away.I am happy to report that the belt works wonderfully!Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a change of belts.
