Went for a physical and BP was 190/125. I’m active and eat clean. I used to take Losaartan for BP but don’t want to take pharmaceuticals. But as an RN, I realize how dangerous high BP can be. So this is within my first week of starting these supplements. See attached picture! Will continue to buy!!

This works as well as my prescription medication. Neither lower it enough. Maybe if your blood pressure isn't very high, it might be enough for you. I have no side effects from this. I still use it until I find something that works better. It costs about the same as the prescription.

I can say from using this product as directed along with my normal healthy diet i have not seen any improvement. Has been over 3 weeks now and bp remains same or elevated (at yesterday’s doctor visit). Wish i had better news.

It helps to lower my blood pressure

These are my before & after blood pressure readings, taken at the same time of day, one week apart. (And they aren’t outliers on either end—they reflect where my BP was and now is.) What I did differently during that week: take this supplement twice a day, take a daily 30-minute walk, and eat a better breakfast of oatmeal and Greek yogurt. Otherwise made no changes. It took a few days before my numbers started ticking down, but I am so impressed and thankful for these quick results. I may taper back to 1 pill a day if my BP continues to decrease.

I read the bad reviews before posting my own. One said that the buy 1 get 2 free offer was a scam and I can tell you that for me it was not. I purchased one bottle and within 3 days I received an additional 2 bottles at no cost. I purchased their buy 1 get 2 free mushroom complex with the same results. One review said their hands and feet went numb... really? That's odd. Another said that their blood pressure skyrocketed immediately after taking it... really? That's odd as well. I would not base whether I was going to buy this product upon those reviews. The next review says that there is an overwhelming odor of garlic and yes that is very true, however I have not noticed the odor on myself after taking it. I have not had family or friends say they smell garlic on me but some people seem to bleed garlic odor when they take garlic supplements. Does this product work? I don't know but I don't think any supplement product is a magic answer to medical issues. I've incorporated this product with a somewhat healthier lifestyle and I feel better and my numbers are thankfully slightly lower. I think the price for one bottle should probably be the price for 3 however all supplements are overpriced.
