Gate installation was easy good quality material used the wood like finish looks good as well.

Received this product a while ago and have used it to keep my toddler at bay. I had taken the stator gate off for a brief period and a piece went missing. I had contacted the seller who was great and sent the missing part with no issues. Top seller. Thanks again.

This is a replacement. Was pleased with the one before, and it withstood dogs and grown-ups for quite a while (used to keep the dogs in the kitchen including a 60Kg Malamute who stand up on it!).However it didn’t withstand a small grandson throwing himself against it, at which point the grey plastic top hinge simply snapped away and was unrepairable.Therefore great for anything except ‘out of control’ grandchildren!Sturdiness therefore gets a 4 star rating as the replacement was expensive!

Decent looking gate wood effect but actually made of metal so nice and sturdy and great to keep a biting puppy from chewing the stair carpet! Easy to install and good quality so would buy again. I can recommend it. Someone asked the question about whether wood or metal so I can confirm its metal but the wood effect is nice and goes nicely on our new wood staircase.

Bought two of these as our 16 year old yorkie with fading sight and hearing has recently taken a tumble down the stairs. He is making a slow recovery but still thinks the stairs are his to manage. The first two gates we ordered didn't arrive as soon as the seller detailed. However the sellers response and continued updates meant a replacement order was quickly dispatched and to our relief and Chads frustration were easily fitted today

Arrived with bits missing and installation belt already cut. We Clearly got someone else’s return.It’s then been impossible to deal with their customer service so sort the return.Actual gate seems okay quality wise.
