My shop gets very cold in winter, sometimes <0 f, is that a problem?

Mine does not like very cold weather. I have tripped breaker at single digit temps and regulator doesn't alow air to flow freely.

What is the air pipe out diameter? Also, what's connector counter part? Very new to this, thank you!

Pipe is threaded to 1/4" NPT and you require 1/4" NPT male quick connect INDUSTRIAL or UNIVERSAL type (either one) for the female quick connects attached to the compressor

Will this run two framing nailers?
