This is a great investment for improving kick strength, I've been using this in martial arts kick drills and it's brilliant. Great quality product, with lots of versitility in both strength and speed routines. I would definitely recommend this product, it's been really beneficial.

I received my vertical jump trainer today (Camo Brown 120lbs) and it is absolutely amazing. However, I noticed that one of the metal clips on the resistance band stays open. It is obviously a defective piece but could cause injury during training when the clip slips off one of the rings. I will have to return the whole thing.

These have been great for strength training and also working on our jumps. I would recommend this product for anyone needing to build leg strength and increasing their jumping span.

I am medium size and medium build. had the other cheaper one on 60lb. Saw good reviews on this brand, so bought this 120lb to try.This one definitely stronger in design. Have wider adjustment range for different waist size and ankle size. The cord is shorter than the other brand I had. So feel the strength better from the beginning of squatting.Come in nice box. Carrying bag is definitely a plus. I had too many small equipments scattering on the floor.Just see how long it will hold. Will update

Back in my hay day, when I was a high school baller, I use to be able to dunk at 5’9 due to various workouts. Now that I am 33, I lost that ability to jump. I am in shape, and still athletic but just not the same when I was younger. I use this product for 3 days straight doing my homemade workouts and notice the difference immediately. I had a little more explosion when I jumped. So the more consistent you are, the better the outcome. The only thing I dislike is the band doesn’t fit around your waist properly. I am a size 36 waist and it barely… I mean barely wraps around. Other then that… it is a good product in my opinion.
