JOYHYWomen's Solid Color Classic French Style Beret Beanie Hat

When it was announced that Prince died, I declared April 25, "Purple Rain Day", in memory/honor of Prince. This was the closest thing I could to a "raspberry beret" that I could find. Loved it and got lots of great comments! If you choose to get this beanie, be prepared to hear "You got the look! You sho nuf be cookin in my book!" :)

Beret easily fits a large head with massive hair. Holds its shape very good, not too heavy to wear in the summer if you want. I don't know what the fabric is made of (no tags on it or package) whether or not it's washable or not. Leaves quite a bit of pink fuzz, very cute though.

The color I chose is dark green and it's a rich hunter/forest green color. I was concerned about it not fitting my head but it did. It'll become more loose with wear and time. I think this beret is priced right for it's quality and I took one star away just because the hat itself contains wool which means it will make your head itch if you have a sensitive scalp like me. Overall, I would definitely repurchase these in different colors and recommend them if you like wearing this type of hat style.

The color I received is not the color in the picture provided in the listing. It should have been bright purple, but it’s a felted, faded, heather plum color. Not sure the bright purple Inoriginally saw is even offered from this seller anymore. Quality is fine for the price. Fits well.Update: Somit looks like the bright color purple is still available for sale from this seller. I think I was sent the light purple. Based on other peoples’ reviews, I think the wrong color is sometimes sent out. Dropping review to 3 stars from 4 for this.

I was so happy when I received it only three days after I ordered it ! Seller sent it through DHL but I didn't need to pay extra for it ! So that was totally unexpected! The beret was in perfect condition and true to the color of the picture! It's instantly one of my fave things in my closet right now. The price vs quality; the price was very cheap but the quality was of good quality. It wasn't so thick and I like it light on my head. It wasn't tight or too large just perfect. I also purchased a camel color beret from this seller ! Which I also love.Will def. but more berets from this seller!

Product arrived on time, but it is so small I can barely get it on — and I have a small head!— so my rating is due to fit, not quality. It looks stranges once I got it on, too, since it’s small — the look/fit is out of proportion. I am not returning it since the return shipping is almost as much as the product, but this hat is practically young adult-sized.

I honestly bought this for a costume, so I don't really care about how it looks or feels on me since I don't like berets. But for anyone who really wants a good beret, this one may be too small. My head is close to 21", which is in the small range, and this felt a bit snug. If you have a larger head than that, do not get this, it would probably hurt. Otherwise, it's exactly as pictured and cheap, so you get your money's worth.
