IPL doesn’t work on light blonde, red, grey, or white hair and isn’t suitable for very dark skin. Don’t use if you're under 18, over 65, pregnant, breastfeeding, or on tattoos or permanent makeup. Always read the manual before starting treatment.

Is Lumea safe? Does it hurt?

Do I need to shave before using Lumea?

You need to remove hair before every treatment. You can either shave, epilate or wax. Make sure to start the treatment before new hair is visible on your skin. If you choose to wax, wait 24 hours before you use Lumea.

What is the difference Lumea IPL vs. laser?

Gentle treatment with Lumea is an alternative to laser, but unlike salon hair removal, you pay only once for Lumea and can touch up any time at home. Both are effective methods for long lasting hair removal.
