Comprehensive and I need to read all before passing judgment. As I get into it I am finding it to be a consequential read because: all things quality processes and best practices; templates & examples; holistic connections with PMP-management, plus an excellent literature reference guide.

Best Handbook for CMQ/ OE certificate preparation. It Provides reader with most recent information about QMOE, throughly but within scope of BoK.

I have barely cracked this book. Granted that I am in my mid-forties, but the print is ridiculously small in my opinion. I don't see how this could be used as a reference during the test. I would have to hold the book almost at the end of my nose to read it. At over 500 pages, I am sure it is through but I don't know if I can read it. Plus, it is a hardback book so I would have to create post-it tabs to make a quick access. My other references are three-ring binders that I can add dividers to facilitate searching during the test. I may return it and just roll the dice with my other reference materials. It did arrive in pristine condition.

The content is thorough and provides solid reference material as a handbook to guide quality efforts however, I find it ironic that a publication addressing Quality and Excellence is littered with readability issues that constantly distract the reader and detract from the content. It's a blight on the American Society of Quality (ASQ) to allow this product to remain on sale. As an ASQ member, I'm offended by the $150 price tag, given the poor production quality. Apparently, the organization is motivated by money, not excellence. For this price, I would expect to be able to view images, and tables, be able to follow hyperlinks to footnotes and other references. On almost every page there is some distracting element. If you must buy this product avoid the Kindle version, hopefully, the paper is easier to read.

First of all, I didn't buy the book from Amazon. I bought one copy from ASQ. I have to say the book is edited very poorly. The content is not organized as it should be. Apparently the authors didn't spend enough time to make it good. Hard to ready just because the content is not organized in a logic way.

Non quality book about quality- ironic. For $150- a joke.
