So having some kidney situations, I’m doing everything I can to give them a boost and assistance and getting rid of the items in there causing problems. I can tell sometimes when using this that it’s working by the way, I’m going to the restroom. Supposedly dandelion root has a decent way to flush the kidney and I’m not making any medical claims but for me it seems to help a little bit. Goes down easy and sometimes I break it apart and put in a smoothie and I have no aftertaste and information on the lab was decently accessible, which made me happy.

I’ve used that for a week or two for water retention especially in my legs, works well,the concentration isn’t super high …so well tolerated. No smell, no taste , no stomach upset.

I’ve been taking these since May 4th, and overall I’m happy with them so far. The capsules are easy to take with no strong aftertaste, and the ingredients feel clean and consistent, which I appreciate from this brand. In terms of value for money, I feel they are reasonably priced for a daily herbal supplement and the bottle lasts a decent amount of time. One of the biggest positives I’ve noticed is that it has helped with bloating and overall digestive comfort. I’ve also read about dandelion root being used to support blood sugar balance control, and while I’m still early in use, I’m hopeful about those longer-term benefits. It’s still early to judge full results, but so far I’m satisfied enough to continue using it.
