Carlyle Moringa Oleifera Supplement | 180 Capsules

I purchased these after doing a lot of research on moringa supplements. I’ve been taking them for over two weeks and have noticed improvements in my digestion, energy levels throughout the day, and overall well-being. I also feel like my iron levels have improved since starting them. The capsules are a dull green color, the ingredients appear clean, and the capsule size is easy to swallow. So far, they’ve been effective for me, and I plan to repurchase this brand once I finish my first bottle. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

To be honest, I'm not so sure if this working. My practitioner said I have an option to take moringa for my memory loss since I've been complaining about my concerns on early Alzheimer's. I'm experiencing perimenopause symptoms and the brain fog is really bad. I told my doctor that I'm getting paranoid because gingko biloba didn't work. She said it doesn't really work at all but some of her other patients told her that moringa worked for them so she gave me that option to try so here I am in my 4th bottle. I'm Asian and I have ultra clear skin. My skin is now clearer and more radiant than ever. Also, I lost weight instead of gaining weight during perimenopause. Maybe that's the effect? I will keep taking this because moringa has the highest concentration of vitamin C and has many benefits. They say if you take this with coffee you will have super powers so maybe one day when I wake up I'll be one of the Avengers, who knows? 🤣

Would be five stars but I just found out the capsules aren’t vegan so will look for another brand now. Too bad because I liked how these helped with inflammation. Most people don’t realize that many capsules are made from gelatin, a substance derived from the collagen found in animal tissues. Typically, this gelatin is sourced from low-quality animal by-products, such as the tendons, ligaments, and bones of cows, pigs, and sometimes even fish. Animal by-products are the leftover parts of animals that are not used for meat, such as skin, connective tissue, and bones. These materials are often processed into gelatin, but they can come from animals raised in questionable conditions, and the quality of the raw materials varies. Think mass factory, grain-fed farming, and there's a good chance the gelatin in your supplements comes from the scraps of that process. Additionally, these by-products may contain contaminants, additives, or hormones. You want to steer clear of anything that has to do with gelatine capsules.

If you only take one supplement, this is the one to take. I can tell a difference when I take it and when I don't. Carlyle is a great brand.

Helps decrease my hip pain

Ordered this as it was to assist with breastmilk production, did not notice any increase in breastmilk. But, found out this is good at keep cholesterol in healthy ranges, so that was good to know and my lab work has been consistently within normal ranges.
