What you see is basically what you get
How it looks...Packaging is basic and no more or less than expected or necessary. The bag is a basic nylon string bag that you probably received with a multitude of other products from Amazon/China, with a curiously proud "made in China" sticker on it. The stitching looks good. In areas of stress it is Box-X stitched and the other areas are not. I have no knowledge of latex, natural or otherwise, so I have no idea if they are natural latex or not. The hardware is said to be stainless steel but I'm thinking not. I work with a lot of marine grade hardware and this doesn't look like stainless to me. First of all it looks like chrome or nickel plated steel. It does not have that soft grey sheen of stainless steel. It is highly reactive to a magnet. While some stainless is magnet reactive, it is normally food grade or other cookware that is. I've never seen hardware that is highly magnet reactive. Some is slightly, but this is just as reactive as any carbon steel. So while I have no time or interest in doing a chemical or grinder test to verify, I'm quite sure this isn't stainless steel of any grade. The seller would be better off just calling it "corrosion resistant steel" which would be a true statement of nickel or chrome plated steel. How it works...I'm new to resistance bands. During my time in the military I used both "universal" and free weights extensively so my perspective my be somewhat out of line. from a "dead weight" form of exercise to a resistance form takes some getting used to. If you curl a 50 pound dumbbell (besides being rather impressive) you get 50 pounds from the time you pick it up to the time you put it down. When you pull a 50# band it starts at basically 0 and increases resistance to some equivalent weight in pounds. Again, no time or interest in seeing at what point of stretch a 50# band actually produces 50# of resistance, but it feels like you have to stretch it the the point you are wincing in anticipation of the sound of a snap and the burn of a giant rubber band against your skin. So if you just use the "weight" numbers as a relative resistance comparison rather than an actual pound equivalent it shouldn't matter. How I feel...So initial thoughts are this is what you get for $23 on Amazon. You can pay $2 more or less for what appears to be the same exact set. So welcome to the middle ground. If you are looking for a family heirloom to hand down to your children, this probably isn't it. You are paying $23 for a full set of exercise equipment. If you are expecting professional gym quality grips and webbing you will pay more than this for just one grip or ankle strap. So no real complaints, and nothing that made me feel like I won the lottery either. I will use it and if anything shocking occurs, good or bad, I will update my review.

Excellent replacement
After a broken clavicle injury 3yrs ago, I had to undergo PT for recovery. I was given elastic bands for exercise and they gave me some to take home. I have had pain in left shoulder because of changes to the clavicle, I was advised to do PT at home with the bands for relief. The bands were OK, but did not seem consistent, probably because of their age. Then one day one of them snapped and I almost hit the floor. That's when I decided to look into resistance bands I did a lot of research and settled on this brand mostly because of the versatility. I have been working with them for several months now and have been very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone. They would be good for beginners as well as accomplished exercisers.

If you travel these are great for a workout.
These come in a nice travelPouch that you can pack in your suitcase. You can then use the bands for a great workout in your hotel room or wherever you’re going. You can combine the different band weights to get whatever weight you want up to 100 lbs. the handles are comfortable to hold and it also comes with ankle straps so you can workout your leg muscles. It includes an accessory so you can attach the bands to a door. I watched a few YouTube videos to get the hang on how to use. It’s quite easy to learn. Much better than using hand weights. I like them a lot.

Great Quality...!!!
Loved the quality of the bands with bright colors; sturdy and well-made with straps, hooks, handles and storage bag. Most importantly, each band is clearly tabbed with weight strength, whether 10, 20, 30 lbs. and so on...that the user will be working with; leaving guess work out of what level one is using or needs to use.Gave 4-star (instead of 5-star) rating because of only ONE pair of included handles; would have preferred at least two pair, so two people can workout at the same time. Another feature, which I've yet to try it, is the hook accessory provided so that it can be SAFELY anchored/secured behind the door for some serious strenuous all around workout.Overall, great quality for the price I paid for it; would definitely recommend it.

Nice set of bands, good value
So far I have no complaints about the bands. I'm physically unable to do exercises on the floor and I need to work on my arm strength as well as my inner and outer thighs. I specifically need to get my right leg in better condition. I have impingement on my S4 and S5 nerve and it causes burning in my right thighs. It has prevented me from walking for very long. So I have begun my program that I designed by just searching Google for different types of exercises. I've seen some exercises I like and then I tweak them a little bit for me. I have no problems with the strength or the durability of the bands. There is a very nice variety of pounds and it comes with the ankle strap and the door holder.

Good buy for the money, very portable
I purchased a flat circular resistance band set (the type that you can insert around your legs). For that type one can see the seam where the two pieces of rubber met. The first time of used one of those bands, it split open right at the seam. This set uses tubular rubber type cords. I like the fact that there are a range of weights and that the set is extremely portable. Now, that science says that movement, any movement to counter a sedentary (work environment) is positive, this is the perfect thing for me. I have a total gym and other equipment (including an old style five metal coil resistance band for more intense and focused workouts. For me this is good to do while working remotely while watching TV. The bands can be used at the same time as multiples for greater aggregate resistance if one wants that. Lastly the handles (only two) are very light weight which makes this very portable. I saw another review that was asking for multiple handles so that they did not have to be switched. That would be nice, but I don't want to pay for that. The switching is not a big deal. I do recommend it to friends.
