Very cool lamp!
Love this retro lamp, gorgeous. Has a yellowish light, low, but beautiful. I recommend it and would buy it again. Beware of the lightbulb as it is very small, won't work with just any bulb, it's almost the size of the base.

I like it
I like the appearance of the lamp. As others have mentioned, the globe is not attached to the base. I attached a black O ring to the bottom of the globe for cushion between the glass globe and marble base.

Contemporary look and natural materials
I love this lamp. Very easy to install and I love the natural heavy marble of the base. The package was well packed and protected. I like the simple contemporary shapes added to the space. The only thing is since it’s glass sitting on the marble base, you will need to be careful when handling it. Probably not a good idea to put it in kids room for example. I use it on guest bedroom nightstand so there isn’t any problem.

Deceiving tiny lamps
The pictures are deceiving as the lamp on the pictures next to the bed looks a lot bigger than, also the light bulb it’s a special size and the ones that Amazon suggest are not the correct size.

BE WARNED THE GLAS LID DOES NOT SECURE TO THE LAMP.IT JUST SITS THERE .
there is no way to secure the glass shade, good quality and design ,needs work though.

For my new cabinet, heavy marble, high quality glass shade, perfect. Old fashioned style goes well with my new guest room here in Colorado. Wont blow over in the high winds with window open alot here. The fixture and switch are very durable.

Pretty but BIG red flags to consider
The lamp itself is very pretty, however NOT worth the money for the quality. The glass portion arrived with several imperfections to the glass on the inside––that can't be cleaned. I did my best to capture them in the images. The glass piece also rests on the marble base without any sort of protection to keep the class from sliding or banging. It does the trick but I wouldn't buy it again or suggest it for others. There are better options for the cost.
