Excellent Proofing Basket
Excellent proofing basket at a great price. The quality was very good - no splinters or rough spots. The bowl was very smooth. I prepared the basket according to the included seasoning directions and used it right away on a sourdough loaf. It worked well and the loaf easily released after proofing. Highly recommend this bowl. I look forward to buying larger sizes as they become available.
