I'm old. I'd get severe leg cramps sleeping at night causing me to to walk around the house to work them out. Lack/low magnesium is a factor. I used Magsrt for a long time with no cramps. But as with most baby boomers I looked for a cheaper alternative. Big mistake, and now I got to use the supplement purchased. Anyways, this is my situation. Even if you don't have leg cramps you probably are low on magnesium. For me I'm getting Magsrt from now on.

Take 4 an hour before going to sleep, the time release results in better sleep, not to mental help with calming anxious thoughts. It is a favorite in our family!
