The media could not be loaded. Worked fine until a month after it had been used nonstop by my son on his IPhone 11. The case will hold a charge, but will NOT charge the phone! It never got dropped into water, nor from high locations. It simply quit working and the only way we knew it stopped working was because it didn't charge his phone. Eventually after trying to charge the case & with the phone in it, the case even shut down & no longer shows lights trying to charge either device.I took WAY 2 Long to try and contact support since its just at 1 yr ago now, & that's my fault. So I don't know how customer service is about returns.

Battery case will not hold a charge. Also won’t charge on resting charger.

I bought the case for my daughter. It didn’t last long. Just wasn’t the best of quality.

I like this battery case because it gives me peace of mind when traveling and needing extra battery power. It is not too bulky and easy to hold

Got this for my daughter after her car battery died and she was on side of road with 2% battery. 🥹 now she has added safety of an onboard charger. Great buy!

Only works for a couple of months. I needed it for my job so in about two years, I went through maybe about three or four of them

Looks similar to other chargers I have bought in the past. Worked well for only like a day or two. The battery charges well when connected to a charger but the phone connection does not stay made to the battery case. My phone charge indicator cycles on and off constantly unless I get lucky and the connection stays made. Its too bad because its well built and when it does work it works well, but thats maybe 1/20 times. This is not the battery pack you seek, look elsewhere.
