Once installation is completed, very happy with the product. But the installation instruction sheet is too small making they hard to read. Spring for a full 8”x11” sheet of paper. Also, my faucet came with a thick brass C shaped washer like nut which was hard to get really snug. But I manager to rotate it using a screwdriver and hammer.Good news is that I could make all but 1 water line connection to the faucet before dropping it into the countertop hole. Only the spray hose connection had to be left off.

I was worried it would be lightweight but it isn't. The handles move with that smooth resistance you get with high end faucets. The pull down sprayer is not as smooth as some are but it works proficiently. Switching from spray to regular flow is easy, and the spray is nice and forceful. The faucet swivels so you can fill either sink.I have nothing bad to say! I bought one of the discounted but good ones, and it was in unopened packaging and is brand new.It's been installed only a few days. Within 6 months the faucet disconnected from the counter. The seal stripped and no longer screws in.

The media could not be loaded. I have a marble counter top and the management did not want to drill a hole for a filter. So i had to but a faucet with a separate part for the filtered water. I bought this nice one and it wa s a great deal for sure. It is easy to install. It was a straightforward and no need for advanced tools. Just what i have at home. I like that both outlet can work at the same time. The water flow is also good in both of them. I will definitely buy it again if i ever need another one or take it with me if i move to another place.

Great solution to avoid cutting separate hole for filtered water in granite counter. Quality appearance and no leaks!

I bought this for my parents because I didn't want to drill another hole in their granite countertop to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system.The installation instructions weren't clear, but if you're an experienced DIY-er, this is just like any other kitchen pull-down faucet to install. The only obvious difference is the extra line for the drinking water tap.This faucet comes with a standard 1/4" quick connect for PET lines, which is what most reverse osmosis systems use.
