Expensive, but worth it
As a career military officer, I've done my share of globetrotting, on business where I get a little dirty, and more pleasant trips. Sometimes though, a regular suitcase just does not cut it, and you want a large one that is easy to maneuver. Enter the Deployer Loadout Bag!This bag is massive! I took it on a family vacation and fit all of my clothes, my wife's shoes, and lots of random other stuff (food for the 2 year old, etc...) on the way out. When we packed to come home, the food was mostly gone, but I replaced that with about 30 bottles (half 12 oz, and half 22 oz or larger) of quality Asheville area craft beer. All fit fine. This bag is designed to act like a foot locker - you can live out of it but just opening the top. The side pocket has a good sized pocket to house things you want to be easily accessable, and the lid has 4 pockets for small items or, again, things you want to have available anytime. The wheels are solid - good enough to roll on most terrain, even rough, and certainly in an airport, though there is no telescoping handle (something that could break), so it is a little more awkward than some bags. Add to that the shoulder straps and (if you've got a strong back for a fully loaded one) you can carry it like backpack. There is a spot at one end for your nametape, patch, or other identifying label, but rest assured that, unless you are hanging out with a bunch of Soldiers or Marines, it is unlikely someone else will have this bag. Perfect for air travel, car travel, or just about anything.Very expensive, but quality bags that last a long time usually are. A buddy of mine has brought his to the desert several times, and it's still going strong!

You get what you pay for if you do your due diligence
Haven't put it to use officially yet, but have inspected the build and quality of it. So far, I think it's definitely worth the price. I'm in the military and need some larger luggage pieces to relocate my belongings to different places more frequently than the average person. This defintely can fit a lot of stuff, and even has mutliple pockets and carrying options. The one small gripe I have was that there was a tiny white frayed spot on the back of the bag. I just trimmed it down and sharpied it black so that you can barely notice it anymore. Other than that small thing, I would recommend this bag if you can justify the price tag.

Best bag ever
This is by far the best bag. It is very well thought through and all of the potential uses or miss uses have been addressed. Materials are excellent and quality of work surprisingly top notch. This bag is made in U.S.A. and it is nice to see this quay. I am using it as my range bag and everything you will ever need is in it including tripod. I have two of these bags. One as a range bag and the second one as a bug out bag. Again if you need a good bag and have the $ to get the best, look no further. One thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is to improve on. The side of the bag that it stands on in vertical position, be made of some sort of heavier water prove type material. Because when you stand the bad vertical at sits on the side that just has a cordura type material and I can see how it could wear or fray in that area. I am planing to coat that side with black flexseal type products just to give it more of a usable side for wet or gravel type surface interface. And I understand that it mostly use now by our military to deploy onto location. So it sits in airport and runway type surface. My application is little different as it will be sitting or standing on ground/gravel/mud thus flexseal type material on those two surfaces would make it complete. Food for thought.

Excellent Bag
This is the 2nd Forceprotector bag that I have owned - the 1st one lasted me 12 years of traveling in and out of places around the world (it actually is still usable, but it getting a little worn in places). The new bag is perfect as a deployment bag - very roomy and well made.
