Excellent! Just cut to the length required. I cut at the furthest point away from the head to get a long unthreaded section at the end for easy location in the mating part. You can easily file to a rounded top if you find locating tricky inside the door, but provided there isn't a burr from your cutting, this isn't necessary. All good quality, nicely packaged and clean.

I previously tried slightly thinner M3 screws from another brand and they were no use, just couldn’t get them to screw together reliably after trimming. With these I had absolutely no problem at all, they worked flawlessly and I’ve been round all my doors replacing the screws with these.

You really need a bench clamp to break these down to size. Then you need to spend time filing off the ends otherwise they just don't screw together. I gave up eventually because they were making a simple job take far too long!!

I like the fact you can use them on hollow doors where the handles fall off and it holds them on like a rock
