I'm 5ft, 150ish lbs, 36D - the L fits me great. Snug but not constricting for good sleepwear.

Q: Are they a little tight at the base of the bra

In my experience these tops were too loose for me, even under the bra.

Q: are the strap adjusters metal or plastic?
