Would this work for Tonsil stones?

I don’t think so, the tip is very narrow and very soft, unless they are almost liquid it won’t even pick it up. That was the very purpose I bought it, and didn’t work.

How long should I perform the suction in each ear?

I believe the manual gives an answer but I would say a minute or two is plenty unless you have really bad ear wax.

What type of usb is it? i.e. USB-c, micro usb, mini usb, etc

The same USB as an android cell phone...but I don't recommend the product at all! It's a waste of your money, it's not a strong enough suction even on the highest setting and what it does do...it gets clogged up all the time.
