- Wonderslim Instant High Protein Oatmeal – 7 Pack (Apple & Cinnamon Flavor)

Flavor is good. This doesn’t have the visual appearance of traditional oatmeal (it’s got a much more creamy consistency). It’s very smooth going down, and even better doesn’t cause the nightmare glucose bounce I normally experience.

This product is terrible. Although I have been using the wonder, Slim product for sometime and had a bit of a stock of it in my house, I have not ordered it in a while. I was a little surprised to see that the directions had changed, noting that it was to be cooked a lot quicker. I also noticed when I filled up the bowl that themixture looked different than it had in the previous few years that I’ve been using this product. Suffice it to say that the product tasted terrible, it had an awful texture to it. Mixture looked different than it had in the previous few years that I’ve been using this product. Suffice it to say that the product tasted terrible, it had an awful texture to it, and did not have any of the benefits that the previous product had in terms of keeping me filled up. I do not recommend this product. Worse yet, when I tried to return it on Amazon, their policy would not let me return it. Lesson learned.

I am currently on the HMR diet, which is similar to Wonderslim with shake and bar meal replacements. HMR is medically supervised through your doctor. I really like oatmeal, and I thought this would be a good addition to my diet lineup. (HMR does make an "hot cereal" product, but I don't like it. It reminds me of Cream of Wheat or even hot corn meal. The texture is really unlikeable). This oatmeal tastes really similar to Quaker instant "Apple and Cinnamon" flavor, and it has a regular, instant oatmeal texture. I do add a pinch of salt and two generous sprinkles of pumpkin pie spice, which makes the oatmeal much tastier. I microwave for half the recommended time, then I take the bowl from the microwave. Stir thoroughly and if you have any lumps, mash and separate the lumps with a fork. Then, cook for the remaining time. When your oatmeal is done, stir and mash again. I sometimes add a small splash of milk to make the oatmeal taste richer. Overall, this is a good product. Yes, it is diet food, and no, it won't taste like oatmeal made with heaps of brown sugar and cream (which is how I used to eat it, and it is why I am chubby). I also find this very filling. One bowl in the morning gets me through a couple hours with no hunger pangs.

The cooking instructions just don’t work, at least for me. This is too much bother when BariWise is better tasting and very simple to make.

Oh my gosh! I cannot recommend this product enough! I have tried MANY low carb products on my keto journey, and the flavor in this is great! Plus I actually feel satisfied after eating.

Vegan with good amount of protein. Easy to mane and fits snack for work. Good base yo build upon with fruit or any other toppings. Low cal

Over priced and inedible. Very lumpy and even after you stir it, it is impossible to get the clumpy lumps out
