Yes, these will absolutely extinguish screaming children! First, make sure you turned on the Active Noise Cancelling feature and put them on the wildest screamer of the bunch. This will ensure (s)he can't hear the others reacting to his/her's lead, thereby shocking the others into silence because they'll think the screaming party is over. Next, Bluetooth stream birds chirping near a stream from your smartphone using one of those fall-asleep-fast apps; there's LOTS to choose from. Then, watch your former screamer doze off into a deep sleep while the other kiddos follow because, yes, the screaming party really is over and they've been fighting the drowsiness the whole time anyway. Finally, carry the sleeping little ones to bed and kiss them good night. Problem solved at a good price. You're welcome!
