An Invaluable Tool
I have a Audio Technica VM95SH (Shibata Stylus) and the azimuth was off on my turntable. Noise floor was high and I was experiencing a lot of hiss that was audible even with music playing. I believe cartridge setup is critical and particularly with Shibata/Microline cartidges. Despite my best efforts to level the cartridge using a mirror, I wasn't confident the azimuth was accurate. This item arrived in simple packaging and initial impressions were not great as it was slighly cloudy and difficult to see through. I quickly worked out that there is a layer of film on each side that needs to be removed! When using the device, I could see the azimuth was still off a tiny bit. After making the adjustment to level the aziumth, the sound greatly improved. The noise floor was lower, and hiss, groove noise, crackles and pops, were greatly reduced. Soundstage opened up and clarity was improved. Recommended.

Plastic sticker
First thing when you get it Just remove foil which protect product from scratch.

Heavily scratched
Nice colour, nicely made and markings are clearly visible but the surface of the clear acrylic is heavily scratched. Still usable, just doesn't look like it's brand new.

Scratched all over. Not new.
I received a completely scratched ruler probably from a previous return. These scratches didn’t happen during transportation at all. Terrible quality control before sending it out. Very poor service.

Scratched and probably NOT straight
As others have said, it came scratched all over. After a heads up about cheap “far east” gauges being inaccurate on a HiFi forum, I looked closely at the bottom line and it does seem to be ever so slightly not straight, making this useless. Will try to find a way to measure exactly, but in the meanwhile, asked for a refund and will buy from a reputable HiFi shop instead.

Arrived scuffed and unusable
It arrived in a sealed packet but was scuffed and scratched and unusable. Either very poor QC or a repackaged used item.

Todo según lo esperado. Placa transparente de plástico de unos 5cm x 5cm, con las letras amarillas. Inicialmente parece que venia rallado, pero era el plástico protector.
