Peerless P114LF Core Kitchen Faucet, Chrome

When my old faucet stopped working, and that was after many years of use, i figured that i would have a hard time finding the correct one. Well this one fit Perfectly! I figured that this new one would be totally different than my original one that was many years old, and i also figured that it would be difficult to install, but this was very easy to install. Alot easier than i had expected. I wasnt aware of how easy it was going to be to install untill i tore into it. I would buy this again if need be.

I needed a sprayer and didn't want to drill a hole. This faucet is perfect. Sturdy, clean, and neat. Works great.

Does what it's intended to do

I worked five years for a plumbing supply company and had hands on experience with many different brands of faucets. The Peerless for this review replaced a 7 year old perpetually leaking Wolverine Brass high end kitchen faucet. It had been apart many times to replace the cartridge that lasted about a year before leaking. The Delta product has plastic three foot pex supply lines, way too long. The closest Delta to the purchased Peerless lists on Amazon for about $ 160.00. I believe Peerless is owned by Delta. Go figure, because the supply lines are COPPER and only about 6 inches long meaning my existing supply lines from the house shut off valves could be used without all that stupid plastic flopping around under the sink interfering with the spray hose.And yes, the hose nozzle is black, but it is the only plastic piece, including hose, that is not metal. Even the escutcheon [base plate] is apparently stainless steel. And the pressure from the spout appears greater than the Wolverine Brass 'made in America' BS read China.Hey, $ 38.00, the online reviews other than Amazon are excellent as well as customer service. Look up reviews for the other popular names in faucets, not too good. So if you can live with 1980's styling but crave reliability this is it.

I installed the faucet with no problem. But now I have a leak. Rubber gaskets were missing.

After 7 years living in our new home our kitchen faucet passed on to kitchen heaven. Fast two day delivery about 2PM.Took off the old faucet about an hour before the new one came and was glad I could rest after getting the old one off. Being 65 makes it a little harder to get up and down from under the sink. Probably the hardest part of the job was putting WD 40 on the hot/cold knobs connecting to the water supply, unsticking the water knobs, and removing the old faucet. Then after another cup of coffee I opened the box to check to see all the parts were there. Success! All the parts were there. Took about 15 minutes for the actual install, about 1 1/2 hours to prep and remove the old faucet, install the new faucet and sprayer, and clean up the mess. Make sure you use Teflon tape on the threads of the pipes. Oh I used the original water supply hoses, because they didn't leak and I was careful to remove it from the old faucet. No leaks, and the water pressure was great. Even the sprayer was awesome (cool quick snap together connectors to the sprayer) giving a fair amount of pressure to clean dishes and the sink. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a new kitchen faucet with sprayer. And the price was right. Thank you Peerless for an awesome product.

The home we moved into had a nice looking kitchen faucet and sink. Because the house has soft water the faucet looked great, but, we were used to a sprayer in our old home and wanted another. The sink had a hole for a soap dispenser and we wanted to keep that, so this faucet with a deck-mounted sprayer filled the bill.I've installed quite a few faucets in my time and as I get older the thought of crawling in a cabinet and reaching up to hard to reach fittings, using awkward to adjust wrenches, leaves me cold. This setup installs with just a screwdriver! I attached new hoses to the faucet before threading it down through the center hole in the sink, then you slip the holding assembly over the valve body and spin it up into place with the valve body nut. When the nut is finger-tight on the holding plate, you use a screw-driver to suck the faucet tight on it's gasket (didn't need to use caulk either). All else is hand-tighten and the spray hose snaps onto it's fitting.It's a solid quality item, looks great and likely the last kitchen faucet I install in this house.

This is a great faucet if you need the hard to find sprayer on the actual faucet mount. You have to be careful, because they are not interchangeable without some difficulty. Most have the sprayer coming out a separate hole in the sink back. If you're replacing a faucet that did not previously have a sprayer, this is the one to choose. The instructions are hilarious! They are spot on but written with a funny twist and they include instructions about how to remove the old faucet, which is GOLD.

Muy bueno para ahorro de agua. Yo tengo instalación hidráulica por bombeo y siempre salía el agua a chorros. Con este mezclador resolví el tema de gasto excesivo de agua. El accesorio de manguera bastante útil. Muy fácil de instalar, viene con un manual excelente de cómo resolver la parte más difícil: quitar la mezcladora vieja... Ahí si que sufrí pero para instalar el nuevo no tuve problema en lo absoluto. Pienso que para sistemas hidráulicos de caída (tinaco con baja presión) tal vez no funcione tan bien en como con sistemas con bomba.

Una llave sencilla y práctica ideal para espacios pequeños. Su instalación es relativamente fácil y rápida. Gracias a la salida con manguera, los utensilios grandes son más sencillos de lavar.

Es un producto robusto pero las conexiones son cortas. Sustituí una llave igual que instalé hace 24 años y que tenía problemas de fuga por empaques dañados. Compré el mismo modelo pero al instalarlo encontré que las conexiones estaban 5 cm mas cortas por lo que tuve que instalar conexiones metálicas flexibles adicionales
