Sharp good fillet knife
Good Dexter quality and sharp out of the package. I have a few Dexter knives and this one lives up to their quality. Clean fish mostly with it, probably a dozen or so to date and haven’t had to sharpen it yet. Blade has nice flex for separating meat from skin. Grip is very comfortable and non slip which is quite important when dealing with some slimy grouper!

Very sharp!
I love that it is made in USA. Be careful or you can cut yourself easily. Only complaint is the handle guard is so big that it gets in the way and touches the cutting board every use.
