Am in love with the dalia and the quality.. My husband is diabetic.. so started for him.. He loves it..I use to have it for my diet.. it’s good for thyroid and ppl with water retention..

Packaging completely different from what is shown. Poor quality product.

Not up to the mark
The grains are unevenly ground so cooking is uneven. Also it has a lot of gritty particles and some black impurities. Will not buy it again and definitely don't recommend it
