Excellent in every way
This was the most excellent buckwheat ever! This far surpasses the American grown buckwheat that is available on the market that I have access to. A friend encouraged me to try other-wise (outside usa) and this was just beautiful: beautiful clean flavour, beautiful to cook with, beautiful to look at! Even people I have served this to are surprise that it is buckwheat and surprised at the scrumptious taste; so much so they were sad when they had eaten it all up! This is not the type of buckwheat that you will have left overs! Its a little pricey but under the circumstances/restrictions , I'm not surprised but unfortunately will have to hold for special occasions. [update 11/2022 still wonderful! we made a repeat order and still very very happy]

They appear clean and roasted as advertised.
I admit I was skeptical of this purchase at first because of the high price and country of origin. I have bought buckwheat from Reds Mill. I want to cook them up as a breakfast porridge but turned out soggy. These however turn out great. Not soggy and just the right taste. Pricey but yummy.

Buen día nada más para comentar uno de los dos empaques llegó abierto por tal motivo el producto salió de su empaque original hacia el empaque de Amazon lo cual esa parte la tuve que tirar de ahi en más todo muy bien
