The best book I have read till date about Nerves....
If you are going through an issue that is beyond the diagnostic capacity of medical science and they gave you some fancy terms like IBS, Functional Dyspepsia, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety disorder etc. then you must read this book, You will come to know that It is nothing but your nerves paying havoc with you and how to overcome that, It takes time and perseverance but worth giving a try...

A true spiritual master for the suffering
I have not seen any book so deeply engrained with every detail about what i was suffering from. Its a boon such a person ever existed . An evergreen book that potentially saved my life and will for many centuries to come.No wonder it may take people years before they stumble upon this book, for the few who came across are blessed.

Magnum opus
In my opinion, this book is the epitome and magnum opus of all books written on anxiety. This book won't be of any help to those who suffer from regular or healthy amounts of anxiety, but those who suffer from an actual disorder such as general anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and/or any type of phobia will GREATLY benefit from this book. This book gives you the literal key into how to cure yourself of all of these mental health issues, regardless of people's claims that some if not most are chronic. Absolutely life changing - if you're ready to fully recover from whatever it is you suffer from, read this book.

Very Outdated however some good points
The first 40% of this book is good with some valid points to guide you, however the rest is very outdated being written in the early 60's, Dr Weekes refers to electric shock treatment and taking sedatives on a regular basis together with staying in bed for days at a time. Also if you are living on your own and do not have much or any family this book is Not for you, there are much better books on the market from the 2020's to now. Summing-up i don't recommend this read.

This is another Holy Book
What a great book to read and heal yourself through understanding it. Its a life saving book. May she rest in peace Dr Claire Weekes🙏🏼❤️

Good book so far
I haven‘t finished it yet but it is the first information source that integrates the feeling of guilt and shame in an anxiety disorder. I skipped chapters that weren‘t helpful for me however. So far the focus is more on a systemic understanding and related advice than on a deeper understanding of where the roots of anxiety can be found. Will edit and provide a final review after completing the book.
