Relief for itching
Best thing I've ever used for itching of any kind. Hemmorhoids, lichen sclerosus, etc. Warm and cool both. Seriously wish I had tried this a year ago.

Finally some relief with such natural ingredients. I used this today for the first time. I will admit i was a bit hesitant due to the thought of hot pepper but i hardly noticed it at all. Warming, cooling, soothing all at once. I have purchased from this company in the past and always have been happy with their products. This one is no different, as expected. IT WORKS! which is more than I can say from others I've tried that's why I was still looking. Thanks GSC my bum appreciates it! :)

Works but terrible container
The cream works well but it is very difficult to get the cream out of the container. I suspect I'm going eventually need to cut it open.

Definitely a tingling to start, but then it does the job. Probably most effective method I've tried.

It really works as advertised
This is the first ever review I've written on Amazon or any web site, but I decided to take the time to do it because I was surprised by how well this stuff works. I've been suffering from hemorrhoidal like symptoms for over a year (pain, itching), and have had difficulty finding anything that has a prolonged effect. I've been to a proctologist, done research, bought multiple products, and this is the first one that has eliminated the pain and itching for longer than a couple of hours. Really pleased and surprised. Hoping it lasts through the night, but just glad to get a few hours of relief.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT BURN!
I ordered this weeks ago, but hesitated trying it because of the two reviews about it burning the bottom. I have been using a Rx steroid cream for years, but the thinning of skin by the steroid cream was creating anal fissures, so I gritted my teeth and tried the Anax RX. The feeling is more of a brief warming, the product has a pleasant peppermint smell and it works. I highly recommend this product. Just please wash your hands thoroughly before handling contact lenses.

Very painful, did not help.

Itch killer
Kills the itch for hours, tingles a lot at first, but off-hand prep h lidocaine gel from the local store works just as well.
