Used product received
My mom recieved this product with the box unsealed and the long necklace clearly used as the threading is coming out. Comparing to pictures left by other customers in review, the long chain pictured here (next to NEW small necklace) has tags missing and beading missing at the end of the necklace. The thread is coming out from the strings and the long necklace is bent at certain places. The earrings and small necklace is new, which made it easy to see and compare that the long necklace was used. This was a first time purchase and it's very disappointing that a used product not in good condition has been sold.
