Great product. Note that if your planning on cutting it you'll need more than what is provided in this package.

They arrived on time as expected. My only regret is not realizing it didn't have 2 remotes and power supply cords.

The tape doesn't stick, despite my painting the underside of my cupboards with polyurethane so their would be a fresh clean perfect surface to mount them on. You CAN NOT connect these strings, you can ONLY use the 16.5 feet that comes in the package, even though the light string has connectors to do that, it says that in the box directions. I installed 4 sets in my kitchen because you can't connect them end to end. Not handy, because this means they are using up 4 outlets in my kitchen. Everything looked so cool for a couple of days, but then one set started going on and off on its own and changing settings by itself. We unplugged everything and put a different transformer on that line and it worked fine. Turns out it was the transformer, the light on the transformer wouldn't come on anymore, it's shot. What I like about these sets, is there is a switch on each of them so if you are not wearing your glasses and can't read the remote, you can just reach under the counter and flip the switch. All the other sets can only be controlled by the remote. The sets that do work, work well, but after the other transformer kicking the bucket right away, I wonder how long these will last. So while they are working, I would give them 5 stars, only reduced two stars because of all the work I did to stick these things under 16 feet of counter only to have to remove them and return them. The remote has to be pretty close to the little white receiver, but I am good with that because since I have 4 units, sometimes I only want one or two of them on.

Product worked well for 2 days then stopped working. transformer appeared to fail as green monitor light does not light. Product does not function at all. No light at all and therefore useless.

Lights look great, good waterproofing. However, the remote bugs very easily (colors will switch h around from what is marked on the remote) and the power supply received was faulty. Messaged the seller with no reply.

These lights look great! They're bright then you want them to be and can have a night soft light as well when you turn them down, I also love the fade effect and that the speed of it can be changed.While the lights are great I do see some problems with it, the plastic coating that protects the LEDs is very thick. Which isn't entirely a bad thing but does make putting the lights into corners very hard, it almost forces the lights to curve instead of being at a more natural 90 degree angel. Another problem is the glue that is on the back of the strip, it's very weak and I often have to annoyingly replace the strip back into place. This usually doesn't fully work as I usually have to keep putting the same areas back into place constantly.In all honesty I'd recommend the lights but I would also recommend possibly getting Velcro or something stronger to hold the lights up. If it weren't for the glue being so weak I'd give the lights 5 stars.
