So far, we’ll see. I just started taking them. I’m gonna keep using them so I’m gonna give them five stars cause I think it’s a good product. Just don’t like the taste of that big yellow one. If I am correct when I reread the package or review, I think they made it taste a little bit like lemony so I had a bit of an odd taste for me but hey, I’m sure it works. But when it comes to vitamins and stuff, you can’t just take it for a week and say oh I don’t like it. You gotta get it in your system for like 30 days maybe even 60 days I think to really start to feel the effective vitamins so I’m gonna give it a shot. I’ll let you know.😉

I am well into my 50s and have tried many vitamin supplements over the years. Great price. If you do a subscription make sure you adjust it to every three weeks. There always seems to be delays that messes with a monthly or every four weeks.
