The machine works great, makes good floss just be sure to collect the floss in the right way, lost a star because i lifted the machine and a small metal nut fell out, hoping its not an important nut! Cant get an exchange, have to send it back and buy it again but the price has gone up by £5 so im not impressed.

This is a great candy floss machine. We watched some YouTube tube videos on how to get lots of candy floss on the stick, and it works really well. Would recommend if your child wants one. Very easy to put together and really easy to clean. The heat element is hidden away, as I was worried it would be too hot for a child. However as long as your watching them it's safe to use. Doesn't come with sugar, so you have to buy that extra.

Great little machine that my daighter loved. She was so excited at Christmas to recieve it, unfortunately the element broke by 9th March. So pretty poor bearing in mind the actual use it has had. Missed the return window so money down the drain! Don't waste your time or money with this one.

I had read lots of reviews so I felt I was taking a bit of a gamble after reading reviews of the machine catching fire, sugar burning or it just not working, but I was pleasantly surprised! You MUST pre-heat the machine and twist the stick EXACTLY as the instructions say and you'll have no issues. Obviously don't let the candyfloss touch the heating element as you twist the stick, otherwise it goes hard, clumps together and isn't fluffy anymore. I think this is where the bad reviews come from....user error! It's not difficult to use if you follow the instructions. Adult supervision is definitely needed as obviously the heating element gets very hot but my 8 year old had no issues and was able to do it all herself. The maching is a good weight with suckers underneath to keep it in place. We made 4 or 5 flosses, one after the other, so you could use it at a party, although you do get a rim of sugar that builds up in the bowl after that many, so you do need to knock that off before carrying on (this takes seconds!) but then you could make several more. It is easy to put together and all the parts that get sugar on them come off easily so can be washed in warm soapy water.
