I ordered this item on Aug 1, and received it on Aug 14,2020, the first few weeks , this device operated well and deep muscle works effectively, but one month later, from Oct 1, this massage gun reduced speed abruptly ,since Nov 7 this massage gun is no loner rechargeable ,the device is totally dead . i have reported this issue with the online customer service early Nov , they told me they would send a replacement , but i have not heard anything from them then. please let me know what i can expect from you , I am desparately need the massage gun to reduce my leg pain , can any of you follow up my case ?

The 4 different heads randomly go loose and fall off while using, my father started having back ache after using it even though we did everything according to the manual, not easy to know if charging, there is a blue LED mentions for some indication in the manual but there's only one colour on the massager that is red and 2 on the charger i.e. red and green

Most amazing machine at an awesome price, it's so heavy duty and effective. Best part is that it is cordless. The price is amazingly reasonable and it's a product of very high quality
