CTEK XS 0.8, Battery Charger 12V, Battery Tender Charger,

This is very bad product I can’t use onetime also just west my money

I’ve been using a larger CTEK charger for more than 10 years and it’s still going strong. It’s charged just about every battery I’ve thrown at it over the years including very old virtually dead ones I also own an Optimate III SP motorcycle charger which I’ve also owned for over 10 years Due to various lockdowns I’ve not been using the motorbike much and when I wanted to ride the other day the battery was just about dead. I put the Optimate on it and charged it up with no issues I was wondering if motorcycle battery charger technology had moved on since I purchased the Optimate so thought I’d treat myself to a new one and my first choice was another CTEK so purchased this XS 0.8 version which has the perfect spec for motorcycle batteries As soon as it arrived I wired it up, with the included permanent ring connectors, and plugged it in It has a six step charging cycle and as soon as it was switched on went from No.1 - No.2 LED quite quickly. Then onto No.3 LED (Absorption Mode) Here’s the strange thing…… it stayed on LED No.3 for hours. I wondered if I had a faulty unit as the Optimate had only just been disconnected and according to the Optimate the battery was already fully charged! I left the CTEK on and checked it in the morning and thankfully LED No.5 (Float/Fully Charged) was lit So my thoughts, which aren’t scientific, are that charger technology has indeed moved on since I purchased my Optimate I’m totally convinced that the CTEK XS 0.8 has been able to charge my motorcycle battery further, fuller and better than the Optimate did. I don’t have a multimeter to hand to check unfortunately. As I mentioned it’s not a scientific test For the record the Optimate is rated at 0.6 Amps and the CTEK is 0.8 Amps When I purchased the Optimate I paid over £50 and the CTEK was just £37, and the CTEK has better connectors, so I think it’s a complete bargain and you get 5 Years Warranty It’s simplicity itself to use, no buttons etc. Just connect it up using either the permanent ring connectors or the included clamps and let it do it’s thing I’m leaving the CTEK connected permanently to the motorbike to keep the battery in tip top condition My other CTEK charger is still going strong after more than 10 years so hopefully this new wee one will last just as long CTEK supply chargers to Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Maserati etc. You can’t go wrong with a CTEK charger and I’d personally thoroughly recommended them Why buy an inferior charger when you can buy a CTEK, generally considered the best, for so little outlay?

No se indica que es un enchufe UK por lo que además tuve que comprar un adaptador a enchufes UE.

Produit PAR-FAIT!!! J'avais longtemps hésité vu le tarif élevé, mais c'était une erreur ! Ce produit c'est juste le TOP, on sent que la batterie est analysée très profondément. J'ai même réussi à récupérer une vielle batterie que le chargeur précédent n'arrivait pas à charger. Donc je suis super heureux de cet achat, je vous le conseille chaudement. Ca vaut franchement la peine !!!.

Super gutes Gerät für die Dauer-Be-und Entladung der Batterie und damit für ihre Lebensdauer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Läuft jetzt seit 2 Jahren ohne Störung.
