Knife is very light and sharp. Cuts meat like butter. Nice grip and handle size. Wife loves how easy it cuts.

The blade is really sharp with a nice bulky handle.Which offers a comfortable grip.The knife glides through whatever task you are doing in the kitchen.Akso offers a nice stiff flex for debunking.

The Victorinox meets my requirements for a 5 inch boning knife, my go-to kitchen knife. I've used a similar model from another manufacturer for 40 years but I finally needed replacements and that manufacturer's knives have deteriorated in quality. I wanted a knife that fit my small-ish hands, had a straight blade, a blade that does not extend horizontally beyond the handle, (I use it as a paring knife among other things) and a blade that sharpens well. The Victoronix knife immediately felt right in my hand and maneuvers just like my old knives. Thanks, Victoronix!

The 'Stiff, Straight (5")' knife model looks like a counterfeit. There is no Victorinox logo on the blade, and this product cannot be found on Victorinox' website
