Yes, The mica is thin and and breaks into smaller pieces (or powder) without a problem. Just crush it with your fingers to break it into smaller pieces.

Can you use this with dry paint?

Since you said paint is dry I’d brush over it with some clear gesso or even glue as your adhesive.

What do you make with this ?

I use it in paintings for geodes .

Can this product be used with glass in a kiln?

First of all, would you be adhering in within a glaze painted on before firing? If you call ANY ceramics store or place that sells glazes or ceramic paints, they should be able to answer. Mayco is a major manufacturer of such glazes that contain inclusions. You could look them up and find customer service number . Good luck. ( my guess is yes to your question, but best to check first so nothing gets ruined.)
