Is the pressure adjustable on this washer?.

Simply use a 5000 psi ball valve… You can adjust the pressure out of the tip to anything you want

What is the return policy? If I return it do I have to pay shipping?

As far as I know you can return it without shipping cost, but I don't think you will want to, it's a great machine.

Is the pump a cat pump? why does description say aaa pump?

The newer ones come with a blue Colored CAT pump. Now all the pump models are the same, depends on what you ordered. Mines 4200 4gpm
